Surface improvement
Creating an electrode after maintaining a certain amount of space on the film surface and applying voltage to that electrode will cause the discharge of electricity in the form of a corona.
Corona processing will improve the film surface. This processing will significantly increase the yield when printing or coating.
Our normal processing achieves a high degree of accuracy: 56 dyne for PET film, 60 dyne for PET film with strong corona processing, and 72 dyne for PPS film. The corona processing also uses superior exhaust equipment, so it is also compatible with processing in the clean room.
The use of plasma enables a highly activated state even at low temperatures, so it can create a response equivalent to that at very high temperatures.
Plasma processing on the film’s surface improves the surface and enables the control of the adhesive strength through different processes.
